KARACHI: Summit Bank Limited has appointed Waseem Mehdi Syed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
The decision was made during the 100th meeting of the BOD of Summit Bank Limited held on 10th September, said a press statement today.
Besides, the Board of Directors has also approved the appointed of Ahsan Raza Durrani as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank until December 30, 2020. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
The Board of Directors has also approved the appointment of Muhammad Amin Bhoori as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank in place of Syed Imran Hashmi with effect from September 10, 2020.
