MECCA: Sheikh Dr. Yusuf bin Muhammad bin Saeed, a preacher on the day of Arafah this year, said that God guided people because of their good deeds, and the sovereignty and true rule belongs to Allah, who disobeys Him and if he does, he cannot enter heaven.
He said this while delivering the Hajj sermon at Nimrah Mosque. “There is a large number of Hajj pilgrims to perform Waqf Arafat in Maidan Arafat. More than 2 million pilgrims are there to enjoy the blessings of Hajj,” he said. Sheikh Dr. Yusuf bin Muhammad Saeed said in the Hajj sermon that all praises are due to Allah, who has made sitting together a salvation and separation is a punishment.
He said that Allah connected the hearts through His Messenger and corrected the conditions of the people. Every Prophet came and gave the same invitation to serve Allah, Allah is one and only He should be worshiped, prayer, fasting, and zakat. “Hajj of the House of Allah has been ordered by Allah, Allah sent the Prophet (PBUH) to reform humanity, and testifying to the Oneness of Allah and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) is Islam,” he said.
Sheikh Yusuf said that there is welfare in the affairs of religion and the world in unity, Muslims have to stay connected with each other, it is ordered that if there is a difference, refer to Quran and Sunnah.
He said that an Arab does not have superiority over a foreigner, and a white person does not have superiority over a black person, Hazrat Muhammad said that if someone has superiority over someone, it is only on the basis of piety, with good conduct that a place is created in the hearts of Muslims. Adopt piety, fear Allah, and try to reform, do not commit shirk, and treat your parents well, Allah has made clear the rights of parents, spouses, and children.
Sheikh Dr. Yusuf bin Muhammad Saeed said in the sermon of Hajj that all your affairs will appear on the Day of Resurrection, Muslims do not cooperate in sin and help in doing good, Satan creates mischief among people, and all Muslims are like one body, the message of the Hajj gathering is that Muslims should live together. He further said that it is Sunnah to stay in Mina until Thirteenth of Dhul-Hijj.
