High security was maintained outside the airport during his arrival.
The three-day visit is part of PTI’s mobilization efforts for a “street movement” across Sindh.
He is expected to address party workers and leaders at the PTI head office (Insaf Secretariat) near the Nursery area.
He announced plans to hold a major public gathering (Jalsa) at Mazar-e-Quaid on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
Sharjeel Inam Memon, the Senior Minister for Transport and Information in Sindh, addressed updates regarding permission for a political rally in Karachi, emphasizing that while civilians are permitted to celebrate and rally, they are not allowed to “take the law into their own hands”.
Other senior PTI leaders, including Secretary General Salman Akram Raja, have also reached Karachi to participate in the scheduled activities.
