LAHORE: Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed has announced to launch the Gujranwala express train from Gujranwala to Lahore on Monday.
The new train is being launched to facilitate the passengers. The fare for the train service will be Rs100.
Yesterday, the federal minister said that the incumbent government would complete its five years tenure. The opposition could not do anything against the government, he added.
The railway minister further said that Prime Minister Imran Khan would not go anywhere so those who opposed it were free to protest.
He pointed out at Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazulr Rehman by saying that he would not stage another protest against the government.
Referring to former premier Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz, Rasheed said that neither Nawaz Sharif would return to the country nor Maryam would travel abroad.
