Shehbaz Sharif to meet PPP chairman in Lahore

LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will meet Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) Chief Fazal-ur-Rehman today.

As per details, the meeting will be held between the party leaders to bring the opposition parties on the same page. PPP chairman is scheduled to meet Fazal-ur-Rehman at 04:00 PM and will then reach Jati Umrah to visit Leader of Shehbaz Sharif at 06:00 pm.

Shehbaz Sharif, after holding a meeting with Fazal-ur-Rehman, on Monday had announced to convene an All Parties Conference (APC) of the opposition after Eid-ul-Azha.

Moreover, a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had claimed millions have been transferred from Manzoor Papad seller to Shehbaz Sharif family.

According to the NAB document, 167,980 US dollars were transferred in the name of the Manzoor Papar seller. The value of 12 transactions in Pakistani currency is 88,26,141 rupees.

There have been 12 transactions in the name of Manzoor Paparwale in 2007. The transactions took place in the accounts of Salman, Hamza, and Rabia Imran.
