Seven die, 12 injured as gas pipeline burst in Haripur

A gas pipeline burst in Haripur Hattar resulted in in death of seven people dueto the fire, whilemore than 12 were injured.

The bodies of the deceased have been shifted to the trauma center. Emergency has been declared in all hospitals, including the District Headquarters Hospital. The evacuation of people from areas adjacent to the fire was underway.

According to DPO Haripur, gas supply has been stopped. Rescue activities are underway at the accident site.
