Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has recently revealed her stand on seven deadly sins — lust, envy, pride, wrath, sloth, greed, and gluttony.
During this conversation, Alia’s actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor came into the discussion when Alia spoke about wrath and the anger she feels when she is dealing with incompetence.
She said, “The one thing that immediately puts me into a fit of anger is incompetence and I have to try very hard to control my anger because my husband doesn’t like it if my voice goes above this decibel because he thinks it is not fair, and that it is important to be kind even when you are unhappy.”
Alia also added that she envies Ranbir’s calm nature as he has got a ‘saint-like mind.’ Alia was then asked to say a bit about other sins such as pride, sloth and greed. When speaking of pride, Alia fondly looked back at her last year’s box office success, Gangubai Kathiawadi.
She recalled, “A moment of pride that I don’t feel guilty about was when Gangubai Kathiawadi was a commercial success at the box office, because it was my first association with my dream filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and I am really happy that we were able to do that together.”
On the work front, Alia was last seen in Brahmastra. She is now looking forward to the release of Karan Johar’s directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’.
