Another case has been registered against TikToker Rajab Butt at Lahore’s Nawab Town Police Station following allegations that he orchestrated an attack on a woman and her friends.
The first information report (FIR) was lodged by Ayesha Sharafat, who named Rajab Butt as the accused.
According to the FIR, the complainant said she had gone to a private café on July 25 with her friends when two men and two women allegedly began misbehaving with one of her friends.
She alleged that during the altercation, the suspects slapped them and pulled out pistols. One of the accused, identified as Mir Shafi, allegedly opened fire at the scene.
The complainant further claimed that the attack was carried out at the behest of Rajab Butt. Police have registered the case and launched an investigation into the allegations.
It is worth mentioning that Rajab Butt has being facing multiple criminal cases and legal challenges, including charges for promoting illegal gambling apps, hurting religious sentiments/blasphemy laws, and an assault and rape case.
