ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and allied parties have expressed complete confidence in the incumbent government and the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
This was reaffirmed during a parliamentary party meeting of PTI and other allied parties was held in Islamabad on Monday chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The meeting passed a unanimously approved resolution stating that all allied parties express confidence on the government and the prime minister. They reiterated that historic reforms of the present government will prove to be a milestone in development of the country.
The resolution also endorsed the performance of prime minister and the government. It added the parties will play their role in keeping the parliament active as per democratic values. It said the role of government’s negotiation committee in the current milieu was important and satisfactory.
It assured full cooperation to the Prime Minister and government in order to cope with economic, diplomatic, administrative and other challenges faced by Pakistan. It emphasised to play role in transforming Pakistan into an Islamic welfare state on the pattern of Madinah.
The government has decided to bring the matter of JUI-F’s Azadi March to the parliament and has convened a session of the National Assembly on on November 7 in this regard.
PM Imran Khan will address the session and the opposition will also be given the opportunity to speak. The session will discuss the government’s performance and the motives behind the anti-government protest led by the JUI-F chief.
