KARACHI: Proper facilities have been set up for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020’s match between Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United to be played at National Stadium Karachi.
A total of six squads part take in PSL 2020 including Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi.
The first match is likely to start at 9:00 am at Karachi National Stadium. Foolproof security measures have been made and appropriate facilities have been taken for the cricketer lovers.
Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has reviewed arrangements at National Stadium Karachi ahead of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 5th matches starting from February 20.
On this occasion, Murad Ali Shah said PSL matches are being held in Pakistan which is a great success of people of Pakistan who defeated terrorism.
Talking to media CM said that the law & order has been restored in the Karachi. We will make Karachi a seat of learning and cradle of peace, he added.
Sindh CM recalled that in 2017 he had requested the PCB to give at least one match to the megacity but they regretted and now the situation has improved to such an extent that eight matches are being held in the megacity. “This is the success of our people,” he added.
