Police attacked by dacoits in Okara

OKARA: A police party has been attacked by dacoits leaving two cops injured.

According to news sources, the incident took place in Okara, when a team of cops was going to spot the locations of the dacoits along with their accomplices who were arrested earlier. According to police, the dacoits attacked them to release their accomplices.

While, the exchange of fire took place between both the armed parties, it left two cops injured and two dacoits dead, who were in the custody of the police. Following the attack, the dacoits have managed to flee from the scene. Meanwhile, police have taken charge of the whole area and have spread their search team to arrest the dacoits.
