KARACHI: Prime Minister Imran Khan directed concerned authorities to speed-up work on projects that are included in Karachi Package.
According to reports, PM Imran Khan was attending a meeting with Sindh Infrastructure Development Company Limited on his day-long visit to Karachi.
During the meeting, he was briefed about the progress of on-going projects being lead by federal government in the metropolis.

On this occasion, PM Imran Khan also assured that federal government will resolve the problems of the citizens of Karachi.
He further added that federal government is ready to take responsibility of the projects that are included in the domain of Sindh government.
“Due to corruption, the people of Sindh have been deprived of basic needs of life such as health, education and clean water,” he said.

He pointed out that people of Sindh have remained deprived of basic necessities of life, including clean drinking water, health and education due to corruption.
On his one-day visit to the metropolis, Prime Minister also inaugurated 1,320 megawatts China Hub Power Plant in Hub.
