ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will chair the federal cabinet meeting today to discuss a 13-point agenda today.
The meeting will be held at the PM Office. According to details, the cabinet will discuss overall political, economic, and security-related situations in the country.
The situation of the coronavirus pandemic across the country will also be discussed in the meeting. The setting up of a commission to investigate the shortage of petroleum products in the country will also be approved in the meeting.
The issue of the import of Euro 5 diesel and petrol will also come under discussion during the meeting. The issue of PIA pilots’ degrees has also been included in the agenda
The federal cabinet is also expected to approve the decision taken by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) on 22nd July. The draft of rules and regulations for the appointment of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) chairman and members will be presented during the meeting.
