ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan in a telephonic conversation congratulated Canadian premier Justin Trudeau as his Liberal Party once again wins the election.
Justin Trudeau won a second time as Canada’s prime minister in an election in October this year.
The prime minister Imran while apprising Justin Trudeau said that under the leadership of the Canadian Prime Minister, the relationship between Pakistan and Canada would be further broadened.

He also notified Trudeau of the ongoing developments in IoK and the dire human rights and humanitarian situation there. The prime minister underlined the need for immediate removal of the lockdown and other restrictions in place for over four months, defusing tensions in the region, and peaceful resolution of the dispute.
Earlier on 12th December, Imran Khan commented on Indian premier Narendra Modi that India led by Modi has been moving systematically with its Hindu Supremacist agenda against Muslims. He highlighted Citizenship Amendment Law as a systematic plan of India against Muslims.
