Is PM Khan planning to suspend the constitution?

ISLAMABAD: After the political tension in the country, the rumours are on the rise and it is being claimed that Prime Minister Imran Khan has started mulling over to suspend the constitution and the imposition of emergency in the country.

According to reports going viral on social media, the news is coming after sharp differences in the recent PTI Parliamentary Party meeting in which Pervez Khattak exchanged hot words with the PM and his fellow cabinet members. 

According to unconfirmed reports, Imran Khan is ready for the final blow and in this regard, the Prime Minister has summoned the three military chiefs for consultations.

Rumors circulating on social media also say that the president can declare an emergency at any time and during the emergency, a presidential referendum will be called in and the country will run without the approval of Parliament for three months and Supreme Court intervention will not be considered.
