ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to PM on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan effectively presented the case of Kashmiris at the international forum.
Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan while highlighting points made by Imran Khan earlier at Pakistan Strategy Dialogue in Davos said that the premier had effectively and forcefully presented the case of Kashmiris at the international forum.
Awan said that the reiteration of US President Donald Trump’s offer for mediation on Kashmir dispute, during a meeting with Imran Khan at Davos, reflected the success of our foreign policy.
Imran Khan while addressing at Pakistan Strategy Dialogue, the prime minister said that Pakistan would not become part of any conflict or war in the future as we have suffered in the war against terrorism.
Imran Khan said, “Due to the war in Afghanistan, Pakistan inherited Kalashnikov and drug culture.”
He highlighted the positive side of Pakistan, We believe Pakistan can collect a lot of revenue through tourism, he explained. When we assumed power, the biggest problem was the current account deficit, said Imran Khan.
Imran Khan began his three-day official trip to Switzerland on Tuesday on the invitation of Founder and Chairman of World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwabe. The prime minister is set to deliver a keynote at the session.
