As per details, A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight bound for Canada departed two hours earlier than their announced time.
On October 6, PIA flight PK-784 carrying 254 passengers departed for Toronto Canada two hours earlier than their notified flight time.
Most of the passengers faced problems and were agitated due to the early departure of this flight to Canada, and those who missed the flight filed complaints.
The PIA management also confirmed the haste shown by the airline staff, though they claimed that the passengers were alerted about the change in the flight schedule.
According to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) rules international passengers are bound to arrive at the airport at least three hours before the departure of the flight.
