Pakistani star studded movie ‘Umro Ayyar’ to release next year
Umro Ayyar, a new film based on the legendary role of Talism-e-Hoshruba, will be released next year in 2022.
Directed by: Azfar Jafari, the movie will star Usman Mukhtar, Faran Tahir, Sanam Saeed, Ali Kazmi, Adnan Siddiqu1, Simi Raheel, Sana Fakhar, Salmaan Shaukat, Muhammad Imran, Ruman Ali and Shehroz Sunny

Who was Umro Ayyar?
In the subcontinent and Asian literature, the legendary character Umro Ayyar and his ‘Zanbeel’ are frequently mentioned in which the things of the world used to fit from pebbles to mountains.
Apart from Talism-e-Hoshruba, a book of imaginative literature, the mention of Ayyar also appears in the story of Ameer Hamza. Umro Ayyar is known for his intelligence and strength.
The 14-volume book Talism-e-Hoshruba was completed by five storytellers from Lucknow, in which hundreds of characters seem to be interconnected.
