KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Market has witnessed an uneventful trading session on Thursday, resulting in a fall of 145 points.
The benchmark KSE 100 index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) closed at 41,369 points, down from 41,514 points last time.
Trading volume decreased from 179.6 million shares to 149.7 million shares, representing a decrease of 16.7% from the previous day.
Similarly, the average trade value decreased by 4.2% to USD 12.5 million as against the previous value of USD 13.1 million.
Stocks that contributed significantly to the traded volume included TPLP, WTL, BIPL, PACE, and HASCOL.
