ISLAMABAD: At least 20 new cases of coronavirus have been reported across the country, while 1 patient died due to the virus in 24 hours.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) said that in the last 24 hours, 3,187 tests of coronavirus were conducted, of which 0.63 percent of the results were positive. The condition of 8 patients suffering from the virus is critical.
The National Institute of Health says that 254 coronavirus tests were conducted in Lahore in the last 24 hours, out of which the results of 5 were positive and the rate was 1.97 percent.
On the other hand, 217 coronavirus tests were conducted in Islamabad during 24 hours, out of which 5 people tested positive and the rate was recorded at 2.30 percent.

The Institute of Health (NIH) said that one patient suffering from coronavirus died during the last 24 hours. Last month also, 2 patients infected with coronavirus died in Karachi.
It should be noted that earlier 11 new cases of coronavirus were reported across the country, and the condition of 8 patients became critical. According to the statistics released by NIH on Tuesday, 1,524 tests of coronavirus were conducted across the country during 24 hours, out of which 11 people tested positive.
