RAWALPINDI: An overseas Pakistani woman has appealed to the authorities concerned to take action against a property dealer, who illegally occupied her property worth two million in Rawalpindi.
The victim told MM News that a property dealer named Raja Faheem illegally occupied her house and a shop worth two million, in Silk Center Murree Road, Rawalpindi.
The woman Sughra Bibi said after returning from Oman, she had bought a house in Ghauri Town, Islamabad in 2010. After that, she moved to Oman again, later when she came to Pakistan, and also bought a shop in Silk Center, Murree Road.
Later the overseas Pakistani woman wanted to shift Bahria Town Phase 8 to register her daughter in a school and contacted a property dealer with the help of two female neighbors. Later, Raja Faheem showed her a house in Bahria Town Phase 8 which was ten-acre.
She said, “I handed over 20 tolas of gold and Rs. 7500, 000 in cash which was present in my house to Raja Fahim in front of the witnesses”.
According to the woman, later Raja Fahim shifted her to Bahria Town Phase 8 House No. 07 and then a few days later ordered her to shift to the grenade apartment in Islamabad which he had not owned.
“When I went to Bahria Town Phase No. 08 again, my house had the house had been sealed by the real owner Mustafa. I had been cheated, “ the woman said.
The woman appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief of Army Staff Qamar Javed Bajwa to intervene immediately and take stern action against the dealer.
