NCCIA announces 351 jobs across Pakistan: How to apply

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has announced 351 vacancies across its investigation, technical, clerical and field wings, offering opportunities for candidates with qualifications ranging from matriculation to postgraduate degrees.

The last date to submit online applications is September 7, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply through the official National Police Foundation Testing and Assessment Service (NPFTAS) portal.

The recruitment drive includes positions from Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 05 to BPS-14, including:

  •  Constable Driver (BS-05): 64 posts
  •  Sub-Inspector (BS-14): 48 posts
  •  Assistant Sub-Inspector/ASI (BS-09): 36 posts
  •  Technical Assistant (BS-14): 15 posts
  •  Stenotypist (BS-14): 8 posts
  •  Upper Division Clerk/UDC (BS-11): 6 posts

Eligibility Criteria

Educational requirements vary by position, ranging from Matric and Intermediate qualifications to bachelor’s and master’s degrees in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security and Software Engineering.

Applicants must generally be aged 18 to 25 years, with a five-year general upper-age relaxation applicable under federal government rules. The application fee is Rs2,000 per form.

Candidates applying for uniformed positions will also be required to undergo physical screening, including a 1.6-kilometre running test.

Selection Process Roadmap

The recruitment process will begin with online registration through the NPFTAS portal, followed by physical or skills testing for relevant positions.

Shortlisted candidates will then appear for written screening tests, which may assess areas including IT fundamentals, analytical reasoning and relevant cybercrime laws under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).

Candidates who clear the required stages will proceed to final interviews before selection and appointment.
