Afghan actor and TV host Najiba Faiz shared an emotional video on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), addressing the Pakistani nation. In the video, she earnestly requests Pakistanis not to oppose the Pak Army and its soldiers.
Najiba Faiz, having spent most of her life in Pakistan as an Afghan refugee, emphasizes her deep connection to the country. She grew up, received an education, and worked in numerous Urdu and Pashto dramas broadcast on various TV channels in Pakistan. Fluent in Urdu, she conveys her thoughts in the language.
In her video message in Urdu, with tearful eyes, she pleads with the Pakistani nation not to allow political leaders to manipulate them against the army. She warns of potential suffering, drawing parallels with the experiences of Afghans, Palestinians, and Kashmiris who have lost their countries.

In addition to the video message, she wrote, “The pain of the country is way bigger than that of losing parents. I have seen my country fall, which is why I feel this pain more. Observing what is happening across the country and how citizens of Pakistan are treating their own nation, have they forgotten about Libya, Somalia, Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Kashmir, and Afghanistan? In all these examples, the aim was to weaken the armed forces and wreak havoc on the country. Put your differences aside; don’t let these divisions break the country.”
