The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a self-service facility for citizens, allowing them to submit applications for various identity-related services without assistance from staff.
Through NADRA’s self-service kiosks, citizens can now apply for new identity card services, renewal of National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), replacement of lost or damaged cards, and cancellation of the identity card of a deceased family member directly at NADRA centers.
