NA meets today with no-confidence motion on its agenda

ISLAMABAD: The 27-point agenda of the National Assembly (NA) session to be held today (Monday) has been released. According to details, the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan is on the agenda of the meeting.

Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, will chair the session for which 27-point has been released. No-confidence motion against PM Imran is also part of the agenda.

The political temperature has been continuously rising after the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan was submitted by the joint opposition in the National Assembly Secretariat on March 8.

The National Assembly was summoned on the requisition of the opposition lawmakers on Friday (March 25), which was adjourned after the Fateha for the deceased PTI lawmaker.

Speaker NA Asad Qaiser will chair the NA session tomorrow, for which a 27-point agenda has been issued. The guidelines have been issued for the MNAs for the session.

Earlier, Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) chief and MNA Shahzain Bugti announced to resign from the federal cabinet and part ways with the government after Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari reached out to him.
