Renowned Pakistani Islamic scholar Mufti Abdul Qayyum Khan Hazarvi, head of the Fatwa Department at Minhaj-ul-Quran, has passed away, leaving behind a lasting legacy in religious scholarship and education.
Widely respected for his expertise in Islamic jurisprudence and teaching, he devoted his life to serving Islam through education, research, and guidance.
Mufti Hazarvi remained associated with the College of Sharia and Islamic Sciences under Minhaj-ul-Quran for nearly 38 years, where he served as a senior teacher and played a key role in training future scholars.
Over the decades, he mentored thousands of students who now serve in religious and academic institutions across Pakistan and abroad.
His funeral prayer will be offered after Maghrib at the Minhaj-ul-Quran Central Secretariat and will be led by Supreme Council Chairman Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri.
