KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) has put demands before the united opposition to support the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan and has also demanded a written guarantee of their implementation.
In this regard, sources have informed from responsible sources that the demands put forward by MQM Pakistan have stated that 40% quota should be allocated in jobs for the citizens of Sindh, empowered local government system and provincial financial system. A commission should be formed.
According to responsible sources, MQM Pakistan has made it clear in this regard that it needs a written agreement that is guaranteed by the united opposition.
MQM Pakistan has stipulated that Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Chaudhry Brothers and Shahbaz Sharif should also guarantee the implementation of the written agreement.
A high-level delegation of MQM Pakistan has recently held detailed meetings in Islamabad with opposition leaders and other key leaders of the government, including coalition political leaders.
