Let’s just agree Tokyo left us in shock and tears with her unexpected sacrifice in Money Heist for which no one was ready.
As today ‘La Casa De Papel’ aka Money Heist’s Professor and his team will undergo a spine-chilling ride inside the Bank of Spain one last time. After the alleged death of Tokyo in season 5 and the death of Nairobi in season 4, the Audience is in a dilemma if the heist crew would die or survive.
The Netlfix’s all-time popular Spanish series will drop its last season today. The first five episodes of Volume 1 of Money Heist Season 5 were released in September. So far, the audience witnessed five incredible seasons of the series and with its finale, there are questions that will be answered today.
Will Tokyo return?
In her last scene which is also the last season of the season’s episode, when Tokyo gets gunned down by the military sent in by the police, and the final scene shows Gandia standing over her with a gun pointed to her head. Before he can fire, however, Tokyo smiles at him and a close-up of the scene shows she has something special in her hand: the pin to multiple grenades, strapped onto her body.
The scene and the final episode of this half end with a blast but Tokyo was not seen dying with the grenade, in fact, there was no scene showing her death at all. So there are speculations if she was taken and saved by Gandia
Well, for now, the answer, is, however probably a ‘yes- Tokyo really is dead’. While the season’s last part is due today so is she really dead depends on the second and the last part.
