LOS ANGELES: American-Canadian actor and comedian Matthew Perry has praised former football star David Beckham as he wore a t-shirt with a scene from the US sitcom ‘Friends’.
Perry noticed Beckham’s t-shirt and praised him for his choice of outfit. The former footballer recently took a selfie during a stroll with wife Victoria in which he is seen wearing that featured a scene from season three, episode two of Friend’s “The One Where No One’s Ready,” where Joey wears all of Chandler’s clothes at once.
Perry e took to Instagram and reposted Beckham’s photo on his own account with the caption “This guy has really good taste. Whoever that is.”
While replying to Perry, Beckham replied in the comments: “Yes @cruzbeckham got me the shirt but could I be wearing any more clothes @mattperry4”, a reference to Perry’s character’s famous line.
