The daughters of late Pakistani comedian Allah Rakha Pepsi have strongly rejected veteran actor Sohail Ahmed’s remarks linking their father’s death to family issues, accusing him of spreading rumors about one of their divorces and publicly humiliating their family.
In a recent interview, the late comedian’s daughters appealed to Sohail Ahmed to stop discussing their father in the media, saying his comments had caused unnecessary distress.

“When I was very young, our father introduced us to Sohail Ahmed and told us he was like an uncle and equal to a father,” the youngest daughter said. “With folded hands, we request him not to humiliate us on social media.”
She urged the senior actor not to tarnish her father’s reputation, saying Allah Rakha Pepsi had earned respect throughout his career and that his family deserved privacy.
“Our father did not have peace while he was alive. Now that he has passed away, please let him rest in peace,” she added.
The response comes after Sohail Ahmed, while recalling Allah Rakha Pepsi’s career, claimed the comedian suffered a heart attack during a shoot and alleged he had been deeply distressed over his daughter’s divorce.
Allah Rakha Pepsi passed away on July 6 after reportedly suffering a heart attack during a television shoot.
