Kunal Kemu’s new comedy ‘Single Papa’ is here

Netflix has released Kunal Khemu’s comedy drama, Single Papa, on Friday.

Single Papa tells the story of Gaurav Gehlot, a 30-year-old lovable man-child whose version of growing up involves having mama buying his undergarments and receiving regular pocket money from papa. While his wife tries hard to make him grow up, she eventually gives up on him.

However, Gaurav has always dreamed of being a father. After the divorce, he made a bold different decision to adopt a newborn baby who was left behind in his car inside an “Amul” box.

His family opposes the idea outright, so, Gaurav is forced to walk out of his loud, joint Jaat family in Gurgaon to stay in a separate house. His decision to adopt a child after divorce sends shockwaves across the entire Gehlot family.
