India denies US role in Pakistan ceasefire, calls it bilateral

Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri completely rejected U.S. efforts in the ceasefire between Pakistan and India, as reported by Indian media.

According to details, on Monday, Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, while briefing a parliamentary committee, stated that the Pakistan-India ceasefire was completely bilateral and that U.S. President Trump had no role in the ceasefire.

The Indian Foreign Secretary claimed that Trump did not seek permission from us to intervene; he just wanted to come on stage himself—and he did. Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that the conflict between Pakistan and India remained within the scope of conventional war; there was no evidence of any nuclear threat or signal from Islamabad.

According to Indian media, the parliamentary committee repeatedly asked how many Indian aircraft were destroyed in the war with Pakistan, but Vikram Misri refused to answer, citing national security.

Earlier on Monday, Pakistan rejected Indian media claims regarding the use of the Shaheen missile. The spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that the Indian media’s claim about the Shaheen missile is baseless and fabricated.

The Indian military removed the video after the claim was proven false, yet the Indian media continued to spread a false narrative. The Indian military did not issue any clarification or denial about the video.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, this campaign by Indian media is an attempt to hide India’s failure in Operation Sundoor. India’s false propaganda is linked to misstatements about the ceasefire and the narrative of nuclear blackmail.

According to the spokesperson, details of the weapons used by Pakistan are available in the ISPR press release dated May 12. Pakistan used Fatah F-1, F-2 missiles, advanced drones, and long-range artillery.
