In Pictures: Eidul Fitr celebrated across Pakistan with traditional fervor

Eidul Fitr is being celebrated across Pakistan on Satruday (today), with traditional festivities marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Congregations were held in open spaces, mosques and Eidgah’s early in the day across Pakistan, Radio Pakistan reported, adding that prayer leaders highlighted the significance and philosophy of Eidul Fitr in their sermons.

President Dr Arif Alvi offered Eidul Fitr prayers at Faisal Mosque in Islamabad and prayed for the peace, progress and prosperity of the country.

PM Shehbaz exchanged greetings with the people at the mosque after Eid prayer.
