Rapper Kanye West’s Australian wife Bianca Censori has shocked the world this week with her nude stunt at Grammys red carpet, drawing immense outrage, however, she would reportedly face no legal action for her bizarre behavior.
It’s said Censori’s attire may have violated broadcast dress codes.
CBS in 2023 prohibited the exposure of “breasts, buttocks, and genitals” at the event, according to “Deadline”. The guidelines said that “buttocks and female breasts” must be “adequately covered” for broadcast.
The controversy erupted on Sunday night (February 2) when Censori, along with her husband, made a last-minute entry. Standing next to the rapper, the 30-year-old model dramatically dropped her black feather coat in front of photographers, revealing a completely sheer mini-dress.

However, TMZ reported , citing LAPD sources, that no legal action would be taken because the Grammy Awards is a private event, and no complaints were filed by the event organizers.
In a statement to Page Six, LA-based lawyer Andrea Oguntula further clarified the legal position: “While Ms. Censori’s outfit undoubtedly pushed the envelope, a charge of indecent exposure in California requires willful public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific intent to offend or sexually arouse.”
“It’s theoretically possible but unlikely she’ll face any criminal prosecution for this incident,” he added.
