It is worth mentioning here that the ability, competence, administrative ability and honesty of the principals of some colleges in Sindh are impressive. Such Principals have taken strict decisions to improve the performance of their respective colleges.

Among them are Prof. Ali Haider Qazi (Government Islamia College Sukkur), Prof. Naveed Ahmad Hashmi (Government College for Men, Nazimabad Karachi), Prof. Dr. Azra Qamar (Government College for Women, Shahra Liaquat Karachi), Prof. Ahmed Saeed (SM Arts and Commerce Karachi), Prof. Khalida Parveen (Sir Syed Government College Karachi), Prof. Saleh Abbas Rizvi (Government Islamia Arts and Science Karachi), and Prof. Nadeem Haider (Islamia Science College Karachi).

Some corrupt elements have created hurdles for the said professors. However, still the budget of the colleges was spent in a transparent manner, including the quality of education, renovation of the college building.
