Danish Taimoor has shared his two cents on the actor’s sense of responsibility for creating impact and said that he is here to entertain not to teach.
In a recent interview, the actor addressed the issue of always selecting the same sort of characters and said that all his characters are different, “There are moments in life which do not describe a certain character, they can be part of the character and not the character.”
He went on to say, “I read the whole script of a play, I know about all the scenes in order to understand my character, all three characters were different.” He also shared that he has a friend who is exactly like Shamsher but Taimoor said that he is not.

“There was a time when I was a bit like Shamsher but not now, let me give you an example of a powerful person, every powerful person misuses his power, they are like this even without watching my drama,” Taimoor maintained.
He also said, “Don’t connect the character with the person, I am here to entertain my audience.” Upon the host’s question if the actor has any responsibility because of a huge following. He replied in a pessimistic tone, “I don’t take responsibility for this, I am here to entertain the public, otherwise I could have become a teacher.”
