KARACHI: Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Sindh Mushtaq Mehr has issued an alert for police personnel in wake of coronavirus outbreak.
In this regard, IG office has also issued a statement today (Thursday) in which coronavirus advisory was stated.
The statement said that the police personnel was advised to take precautionary measures amid threat of diseases.
IGP Sindh directed the policemen to use surgical masks while performing their duties. They were further directed to keep themselves clean at public venues.
The cops have been advised to keep distance of three feet while being on duty with the colleagues and avoid shaking hands.
