Quetta: The first round of negotiations between the factions in the leadership of Chief of Sarawan and former Chief Minister of Balochistan, Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani, has concluded regarding the reconciliation process after the violent clash in Wadh.
Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani informed the media about the ongoing talks with the factions, stating that he is returning Khuzdar from Wadh and will come to the area again tomorrow with his delegation tomorrow and the factions are ready for a ceasefire.
Along with him, Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani, Nawabzada Raees Raisani, and credible figures from Jhalawan and Sarawan are also present in the tribal jirga.
Raisani said that they are not here for a photoshoot but to stop the bloodshed because these are our own people and we do not want the region to be destabilized and hatred among the people to increase. Raisani considers the loss in the tribal clash in Wadh as his own loss.
He further stated that the Baloch nation cannot afford such conflicts because they have already lost a large number of their people in various tribal conflicts, and hundreds of thousands are wounded, forced to migrate from their areas, and living a life of displacement in various regions and places due to conflicts.
