ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed government offices using Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP) dashboards to provide manual complaint lodging facilities to all segments of the society.

According to a press release issued by Prime Minister’s office on Thursday, the facility would be made available for people who do not have a smartphone or access to the internet in their areas; people who are not able to read or write; physically challenged; women, widows and senior citizens; and people whose destination of service delivery or the office dealing with the issue is far away.

The premier directed the Prime Minister’s Performance Delivery UNIT (PMDU) to convene a briefing session for all focal persons and launch a public awareness campaign via all available platforms, the communiqué stated.
