Gold price records another massive increase of Rs1900 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices continued to rise, with the price per tola increasing by Rs1,900 in the local market to reach Rs294,300 on Tuesday.

Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs1,629, reaching Rs252,314, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Monday, the price of gold per tola had already risen by Rs200, settling at the previous record high of Rs292,400.

Meanwhile, the international price of gold also saw an increase on Tuesday. According to the APGJSA, the price was $2,815 per ounce (with an additional premium of $20), rising by $16 during the day.

In addition, silver prices increased by Rs49, bringing the price per tola to Rs3,314.
