Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, mirroring the upward trend in the international market.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs6,200, reaching Rs539,562.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold went up by Rs5,316 to Rs462,587, according to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Monday, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs6,500, reaching Rs533,362.
In the global market, gold prices gained $62 to $5,168 per ounce, which includes a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices also moved upward by Rs460, bringing the rate to Rs9,354 per tola.
