KARACHI: Gold and silver prices continued to rise in Pakistan’s local bullion market, with the price of gold increasing by Rs1,200 per tola, while silver also recorded an upward trend.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs1,200 per tola on Monday, October 5, 2026, taking the price of one tola to Rs437,536.
The price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs1,029 per 10 grams to Rs375,116, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by Rs943 to Rs343,868.
Silver prices also moved higher in the domestic market. The price of 24-karat silver increased by Rs66 per tola to Rs6,588, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver rose by Rs57 to Rs5,648.
In the international market, gold gained $12 per ounce to reach $4,150, while silver increased by $0.66 per ounce to $61.10.
The rise in local precious metal prices comes amid continued gains in international bullion markets.
