Pakistani actress Neelam Muneer’s husband, Muhammad Rashid, hails from the city of Mianwali, Pakistan. At the start of the new year, Neelam shared photos of her wedding in Dubai, which quickly went viral on social media.
In an interview with a private media outlet, Neelam’s brother-in-law, Samar Ranjha, shared details about the family and the couple’s story. “We are four brothers and two sisters. My brother’s real name is Rashid, but his friends call him Shahid. He has been living in Dubai since 2006, where he runs a travel and tourism business, along with managing three to four restaurants.”
According to Samar, the couple first met at a restaurant in Dubai. Their conversations continued over Snapchat, and they eventually fell in love. After staying in touch for about two and a half years, they decided to get married.

Samar also revealed, “The wedding and reception were held in Dubai, attended by close family members, including myself. Neelam gifted me a gold chain and a mobile phone as part of the wedding customs, while I gifted her a bracelet worth 800,000 to 900,000 Pakistani rupees. A reception will also be hosted in Mianwali upon their return to Pakistan.”

Samar praised his sister-in-law, saying, “Both my brother and sister-in-law earn very well. Neelam is a kind-hearted person, and we frequently stay in touch with her family.”

According to Shami, Dubai Police officers’ salaries vary based on experience, ranging from AED 13,000 (approx. PKR 10 lakh) for 2-3 years of experience to AED 22,000 (approx. PKR 16-17 lakh) for over 8 years of experience.
