KARACHI: Nationwide round-ups and crackdowns against PTI leaders and workers continue as former Sindh governor and PTI leader Imran Ismail has been arrested.

According to sources, the house of the former governor of Sindh was raided. Imran Ismail has been shifted to an unknown location after being detained from his residence in the Defence area.

PTI leadership and thousands of peaceful Pakistanis must be released immediately.

In its reaction to Imran Ismail’s arrest, PTI wrote that the fascism of this government is completely unprecedented and shameful.

It should be noted that during the protest against the arrest of Imran Khan on May 9, several PTI leaders and thousands of workers have been arrested on charges of vandalism and arson. Cases of terrorism have been registered against him.
