The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports announced on Monday the expansion of the ‘Fast Track’ facility to 26 additional cities.
Initially launched in seven major cities, including Quetta, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar, the service was later extended to 21 cities. With this latest expansion, Fast Track services are now available in a total of 47 locations.
The newly added cities include Attock, Haripur, Chakwal, Batkhela, Sargodha, Swabi, Bhalwal, Nowshera, Hafizabad, Karak, Mianwali, Mansehra, Bhakar, Muzaffarabad, Kohat, Mirpur (AJK), Dera Ismail Khan, Bagh, Swat, Rawalakot (Pooneh), Abbottabad, Kotli, Bannu, Sudhanoti, Hangu, and Bhimber.
This initiative aims to enhance public convenience by offering faster passport processing services in these areas.
The Directorate General has instructed all zonal heads to ensure the prompt and effective implementation of these directives.
