Former Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pervez Khattak, has condemned the false news about his death and clarified in an audio message that he is alive and well.
According to details, a news story regarding Khattak’s death is circulating on social media, claiming that the former chief minister passed away in an Islamabad hospital after battling cancer for four days.
The report further stated that Khattak had been suffering from cancer for some time and was admitted to the hospital four days ago, where he reportedly breathed his last today.
As soon as the news went viral, a large number of people gathered at Khattak’s residence, while some also contacted him by phone.

According to sources, Pervez Khattak expressed his regret over the news of his death and responded strongly, stating that those who spread rumors about his death should face consequences: “May Allah make their leader suffer from cancer and die from it.”
