Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is currently accepting applications for new gas connections for residential properties within its jurisdiction, including Lahore.

The standard fee for properties up to 10 marlas is Rs6,000, while for properties above 10 marlas, it is Rs7,500.

Residents of Lahore, where the SNGPL Gas Network is operational nearby, can obtain application forms from nearby offices or online.

Once the application form is completed, it should be submitted along with attested copies of the following documents to the nearest regional office, sub-office, or customer service center:

  1. Copy of CNIC (National Identity Card).
  2. Proof of property ownership (e.g., registry or other legal documents).
  3. Gas bill of the nearest neighbor to the applicant’s home.

Upon submission, ensure to obtain a receipt for future reference or inquiries regarding the application. Subsequently, an official will conduct a survey to assess the feasibility and prepare a proposal letter or Demand Notice.

Following this, the applicant must deposit security and service fees for the installation of the connection.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to arrange for the house line installation through approved contractors at prescribed rates.

For those requiring urgent processing, a fast track fee of Rs25,000 is applicable for new domestic gas connections within the SNGPL region.
