Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh named their daughter Dua Padukone Singh.
In September this year, Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their daughter, though her name wasn’t initially revealed.
Deepika has now shared that her daughter’s name is Dua Padukone Singh, explaining that the name means “an answer to our prayers.”
Deepika also posted a photo of her daughter, but her face was covered, marking the first picture of their child.
It’s worth noting that Deepika and Ranveer tied the knot in 2018.
Deepika Padukone is reportedly in talks for not one but two major projects. After wrapping up Singham Again, the actor seems poised for a varied lineup that showcases her versatility as she explores new genres. One of her potential projects is a horror drama with Maddock Films, marking her return to the production house after Finding Fanny. Her second project is reported to be SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated jungle adventure with Mahesh Babu, tentatively titled SSMB29.
Ranveer Singh is supposed to begin the shoot of his upcoming movie helmed by Aditya Dhar this month.
