ISLAMABAD: At least 633 people have been infected and four have lost their lives in Pakistan due to the coronavirus.
According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operations Center, the number of active cases of coronavirus in the country has risen to 7,065 and 292,869 patients have recovered.
The total number of coronavirus cases in the country has reached 306,304 and 6,420 people have died. The number of coronavirus cases in Sindh has reached 133,947. Around 98,428 cases have been reported in Punjab, 37,357 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 14,394 in Balochistan, 16,162 in Islamabad, 2,533 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and 3,483 in Gilgit.
The coronavirus has killed 2,226 people in Punjab and 2,460 in Sindh, while the number has risen to 1,258 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 180 in Islamabad, 145 in Balochistan, 88 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 69 in Azad Kashmir.
There are facilities for coronavirus patients in 735 hospitals in Pakistan and the number of ventilators for coronavirus patients in hospitals is 1,920.
