The way the pillars of the state seem to collide with each other in the present era, many examples can be given in the history of the country, which is no less than a tragedy in itself, because if the pillars of the state, including the judiciary, legislature and institutions, clash with each other then who will solve public problems?
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan recently secured bail in 2 different cases in a single day to avoid arrest, as Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah paved the way and completed all preparations for his arrest.
When the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf reached the court with his issue, strong remarks were heard from there as well. Generally, other courts, including the Islamabad High Court, try to keep political disputes away from their jurisdiction because the better forum for resolving such disputes is the assembly hall, not the courts.
Yesterday, the Islamabad High Court disposed of the request to ban Imran Khan’s speech with a directive, however, a speech by Imran Khan on Sunday caused controversy, which the honorable court allegedly objected to. Remarks were given did you [counsel] hear Imran Khan’s statement? Is political leadership like this?
Describing the political tussle as a game of thrones, the honorable judge remarked everything is at stake in the game of thrones. You can do whatever you want and the institution should not even regulate you, on which former Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that it is inappropriate for judges to give comments on every issue.
Undoubtedly, two different opinions can be expressed on Fawad Chaudhry’s statement. One opinion can be that surely judges should not talk in a political manner which becomes the headline of the news because not the remarks of the judges, but their decisions speak, but the remarks that came were not the fault of the judiciary.

On the one hand, the situation of getting justice in the courts is so bad that sometimes one has to wait for years before the trial starts, while on the other hand, the politicians focus more on the power struggle than on solving the public problems, and both of these issues are causing the public to suffer. It is closely related to basic human rights.
The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees basic human rights to every citizen, but unfortunately, instead of avoiding conflict, the judiciary and the legislature seem to be prolonging unnecessary matters, which is wearing out the patience of the people with the passage of time.
